Hi, I'm Lauren —
I'm a mom of three, graduate of the two-under-two club, and apparently insane enough to have started all over again four years later. We all live in the gorgeous mountains of Colorado.
If you come to me with a struggle, there's a very good chance one of my first questions will be:
What are you doing to take care of yourself?
If you find that question deeply annoying, I may not be your girl.
But if you're open to the possibility that everything in your life — and the lives of the people you love — gets better when you are well cared for too, welcome.

My passion is mentoring women through early motherhood and helping them remember that becoming a mother doesn't require disappearing as a woman.
My background is in nursing, but I left my career to stay at home with my children, which is when I discovered my love for writing. I write about motherhood, identity, marriage, womanhood and becoming over at The Hot Mom Life on Substack.
